RULES & REGULATIONS

The Penalty Shoot-Out competition is designed for football enthusiasts who want to test their accuracy, composure, and goal-scoring abilities.

• Participants will compete in a structured shoot-out format where designated kickers attempt to score against opposing goalkeepers.
• Participants will nominate their players before the competition begins.
• All penalties will be taken according to official football regulations.
• If scores remain level after the initial round of kicks, sudden-death rounds will determine the winner.
• The competition will provide participants with opportunities to showcase their footballing talent in front of spectators.
• Participants must report to CET Main Ground before the scheduled reporting time.
• All participants must carry a valid college or institution ID.
• Any form of cheating, misconduct, unauthorised assistance or unfair practice may result in disqualification.
• The organising committee reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes, scoring and rule interpretation.
• Participants must follow all venue, campus and event-day instructions provided by the organising committee.
