The Group Dance Competition is a vibrant inter-college dance contest that brings together talented teams to showcase their creativity, coordination, musicality, and stage presence.
- Featuring Preliminary, Semi-Final, and Grand Final rounds, the competition provides teams with a progressive platform to perform under increasing competitive pressure and earn their place in the final showdown.
- Participants can explore diverse dance forms including Indian, Western, folk, classical, contemporary, freestyle, and fusion.
- Each performance will be evaluated on choreography and creativity, synchronization, technique, musicality, stage presence, expressions, costume and presentation, cultural representation, and overall impact.
- With a strict performance format and standardised judging process, the competition emphasises both artistic expression and performance discipline.
- More than a dance contest, the event celebrates teamwork, diversity, storytelling, and the energy of live performance, culminating in a Grand Final to crown the winning team.
- Participants must report to the Auditorium before the scheduled reporting time.
- All participants must carry a valid college or institution ID.
- Any form of cheating, misconduct, unauthorised assistance or unfair practice may result in disqualification.
- The organising committee reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes, scoring and rule interpretation.
- Participants must follow all venue, campus and event-day instructions provided by the organising committee.
