RULES & REGULATIONS
- Corporate Catalyst is a case-study-based competition where student teams analyse real-world corporate cases drawn from different business domains — Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, and Business Strategy — and present innovative, practical solutions before a faculty jury.
- Each team is assigned a case prepared by the organising team and works through problem identification, root cause analysis, solution design, implementation planning and expected outcomes.
- The competition is designed to test strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, business understanding, communication, teamwork and decision-making.
- The competition culminates in a live presentation and jury Q&A, where teams must clearly communicate and defend their proposed solutions.
- Teams must follow the case instructions and timelines communicated by the organising committee.
- Participants must report to the Seminar Hall before the scheduled reporting time.
- All participants must carry a valid college or institution ID.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, unauthorised assistance, misconduct or unfair practice may result in disqualification.
- The organising committee reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes, scoring and rule interpretation.
- Participants must follow all venue, campus and event-day instructions provided by the organising committee.
